Well, now! Unless medical reasons are preventing you doing so, you can start introducing or increasing your exercise routine right now. Yes now! Wherever you are sat or stood reading this you will probably be able to get at least one part of your body moving. If you are sat down, sit up straight and lift one foot off the ground, then place it back down, repeat with the other leg, keep doing it until you can't do anymore or you start getting some funny looks... Some people do a little, others do a lot, the most important thing is that you do something, get moving, feel better and start receiving the health benefits.
What you could do...Go for a walk or a bike ride, head to the gym for a class, book a PT session, so many options, finding one that suits you is the next step!
