What You Need:
Time? 60 minutes a week (in one session or divided into smaller sessions that work around you)
Equipment? For the home program: You will primarily use body weight, but you should get a set of resistance bands, a set of adjustable dumbbells and you may like to get a mat. If you have no equipment it will be possible to use the things you have at home or in the stables and still complete the exercises. A chair, bench or step will also be useful to maximise your workouts. For the gym program: you will need access to a basically equipt gym.
Follow this link to items you may like to purchase to complete the workouts.
Where? Any space you have available to move about it, from your lounge to the stables, your kitchen or your garden or a gym.
