Commitment: Yours and mine
I will use my skills and knowledge to design a safe and effective programme to help you achieve your goals whilst fitting in with your current lifestyle. I will keep up to date with new developments in the fitness industry so I can provide you with up to date training techniques. I will continue to monitor, support, motivate and guide you through your journey.
To get the best out of your fitness programme, wearing appropriate clothing and footwear is essential. It is also important to be punctual in order to make the most of the time available. Before training sessions begin, you should discuss any changes to your health or injury.
Informed Consent
All exercise carries a certain amount of risk. Before commencing an exercise programme, a fitness assessment and health survey questionnaire will be completed for your benefit. This information needs to be disclosed to ensure your programme will be appropriate and effective for you. An Informed Consent form will need to be signed prior to training commencing.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required prior to training sessions. Payment can be by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Cancellations
My cancellation policy is a 24 hour notice prior to the training session. Failure to do so may incur the full session fee.
Should I need to cancel a session I will try to give you 24 hours notice. Where this is not possible, I will reschedule the session with an additional complimentary 30 minute session.
Refunds
If you have purchased a number of sessions in advance and due to injury or illness and are unable to undertake these, a full refund will be given upon receipt of a letter from your GP.
