
The Challenge: Every day you will be emailed a 15 minute workout, to complete at a time convenient for you. Plus, each week we will be focusing on a different healthy habit, making it easier to start building them into your life without feeling overwhelmed.
You will be able to follow along with each 15 minute workout video at a time convenient for you, each with a slightly different focus. Cardio, Strength: upper, lower and core focus, mobility, stretching and yoga, over 7 days for the whole month of January. This is suitable for all levels as there will be options to adjust exercises to your own level. There is a mixture of intense days and recovery days with less intensity to aid active recovery. Promoting movement in the body every day but giving time and space for recovery. I want to help you feel fitter, stronger and more flexible by the end of January!
What you need: a set of weights/ dumbbells (or something you can use as weights), some workouts will need a chair (a dining room chair will be perfect), a device to play the workout video on and you may like to have a mat to use (this isn't necessary). You are welcome to join and only focus on the workout aspect of the challenge.
The habits: sleep, hydration, mindful activities and nutrition.
This challenge will be running from Monday January 4th- Wednesday 31st January you'll get an email each day and you can choose to be part of a challenge WhatsApp group if you'd like extra support!
